PATCH: QoL Updates, Link and Redline Changes & More

Mastery Chains

Damage Dealt by Player Link
Damage Bonuses for the “Damage Dealt By Player” Link have been updated as follows:

 

Bronze Link: 1.5% (previously was 1.25%)
Silver Link: 1.875% (previously was 1.5625%)
Gold Link: 2.25% (previously was 1.875%)
Corrupted Link: 2.4375% (previously was 2.03125%)

 

Creature Slayer and Dungeon Slayer Links
The following Creature Slayer and Dungeon Slayer link bonus types will no longer exist on the server:

  • Damage to Beastial Creatures
  • Damage to Construct Creatures
  • Damage to Daemonic Creatures
  • Damage to Elemental Creatures
  • Damage to Humanoid Creatures
  • Damage to Monstrous Creatures
  • Damage to Nature Creatures
  • Damage to Undead Creatures
  • Aegis Keep Damage
  • Cavernam Damage
  • Darkmire Temple Damage
  • Inferno Damage
  • Mount Petram Damage
  • Nusero Damage
  • Ossuary Damage
  • Pulma Damage
  • Shadowspire Cathedral Damage
  • Mausoleum Damage
  • Wilderness Damage
  • Netherzone Damage
  • Kraul Hive Damage
  • Time Dungeon Damage
  • Tidal Tomb Damage

Migration

  • All existing links from the Creature Slayer/Dungeon Slayer types listed above will automatically be converted into “Damage Dealt By Player” links

Conversion

  • Players will have the option to double-click any “Damage Dealt By Player” Link and convert it to a link of any bonus type

  • The Link Conversion menu now has a drop-down handling for selection of the new link type to convert into
  • Players can click “Upgrade Link” twice after they have made a drop-down selection to convert the link to its new type

Redline System

Upgrade Point Costs

  • The cost of the Mastery Chain Link Limit upgrade is now 8 (previously was 5)
  • The cost of the Max Damage For Any Hit upgrade is now 3 (previously was 2)
  • When this goes live, players who are now over their points limit (because of cost changes) will need to reset their Redline Upgrades

Unlocking Redline Points

  • When players “Unlock” a new redline point at a location, the amount of Redlightning Bottles and Redline Certifications needed to be consumed will now increase by 1 for every 25 Total Redline Points the player has unlocked
  • For examples, players at 25-49 Total Redline Points will need to consume 2 Redlightning Bottles and 2 Redline Certifications to unlock a further Redline Point, while players at 50-74 Total Redline Points will need to consume 3 Bottles/Certifications, and so on
  • Players who are already at these thresholds (25 / 50 / 75 / etc) will not retroactively need to consume more Bottles/Certifications for points they have already unlocked, but they will for any future Unlocks

House Decay/IDOCs and House Lotteries

  • Houses that decay will now always create both a House Lottery and and Item Collection Lottery for that house, and will no longer have a chance to “drop” and be deleted (which would become a “public” IDOC)

  • Item Collection Lotteries will now consist of 50% of the items from the house (previously was 33%) and the remainder will be deleted
  • Item Collection Lotteries will always include any Storage Shelves or Resource Stockpiles contained in the house (same as before)
  • House NPCs (Stablemasters, Dockmasters, Healers, etc) at the house can now occur as Deeds as of Item Collection Lotteries
  • Fixed several display issues with Item Counts and Weight amounts displayed to more accurately represent all items for the Item Collection Lottery
