PATCH: June 29 – New Prevalian Merchant Items, New Points of Interest, Aspect Gear Updates and much much more!

- A mandatory file patch has been uploaded to our launcher! Please run your launcher before logging in.
- File patch includes new art, hues, wearables, multis, map updates
Aspect Gear
- Players now have the option with Aspect Gear to temporarily lower their “Active Tier Level” below than their normal Permanent Tier Level for an Aspect (i.e. a player at Tier 10 Air Aspect could temporarily choose to set their Air tier to be 0-9 if they wish)
- If a player lowers their Active Tier Level, it will treat their aspect bonuses provided by that specific aspect to be based on that Active Tier Level (and not their Permanent Tier Level)
- Players may wish to do this if they prefer to conserve their Arcane Essence for a temporary period of time (since the burn rate of Arcane Essence for a player is tied to the Aspect Tier Levels of their worn Aspect Gear, with higher tiers burning more Arcane Essence)
- The displayed bonuses for Aspect Gear on the [Aspect page as the [Stats page will reflect a player’s Active Tier Level for an aspect (and not Permanent Aspect Tier Level)

- If a player’s Active Tier Level for an Aspect is set to any number other than their normal, Permanent Tier Level, the text for it will display in green (indicating they have made an adjustment)
- Whenever a player earns enough aspect experience and Upgrades their Aspect Tier for an aspect to a new Tier Level, for safety purposes it will automatically set their Active Tier Level to match the new Permanent Tier Level they just reached
Storage Shelves
- Storage Shelves should now properly store and resupply Tools with their Mastercrafted use amounts
- If a player has a Container type selected for their “Place Resources Into” setting on their Storage Shelf loadout, and they have Trapped Pouches as part of their loadout, it will now place those Trapped Pouches into the designated container type (instead of dumping to backpack)
- Fixed an issue with Aspected Harpoons being added to the storage shelf (aspected items should never go into shelves)
Achievements
- Changed the name of “Summoner” achievements to “Summoning”
- Achievements Lifetime and Category Total Points audit
Arenas
- Fixed an issue with the mechanic that distributes Arena Reward Points after 3 days (was distributing immediately)
- Fixed an issue that was displaying “1 vs 1 Tournament” in the Match Listings for Arena Duels (will now just say “1 vs 1”)
- When a player clicks the “Match Info” for an arena duel listing, it will now display how long ago that match was created
Rental Rooms
- Fixed an issue where rental rooms time remaining was always showing as 7 days
Camping
- Campfire buff icon should show correct duration (3 hours)
Dyes Stacking
- Fixed an issue where Shield Dyes and several other Dye types would not stack properly and wouldn’t display their correct amount numbers
Strangelands
- Overhauled the handling on Strangehell Plant Cluster spawns to better handle grouping determinations
- Strangehell Plant Clusters will no longer reduce player scores when they spawn, but will be a lot more tenacious and persistant with pursuing players who spawned them
- Fixed an issue where players were earning Inscription Skill Mastery Achievements in Strangelands
- Strangelands Monks now start with 90 Str, 75 Dex, 60 Int, 80 Anatomy, and 60 Eval Int
- Strangehell Monks now start with Curse, Mind Blast Scrolls (Unlimited), and Explosion Scrolls (Unlimited)
- Strangehell Sorcerers now start with Energy Bolt Scrolls (Unlimited), an Armored Wizard’s Hat (non-magical), and now correctly have all leather armor pieces
- Players will now encounter “Field Guides” in Strangelands as loot, which are single-use items that when double-clicked will place an arrow on the player’s screen directing them to the closest NPC / Creature on the map to them
Ships
- Fixed an issue where Impassable static items were spawning on Submerged theme ships
- A player attacking another player / tamed creature / crewmember onboard their own ship should no longer trigger the Civilian Flag -> Pirate Flag transition
- Fixed an issue where Fisher Greenwood ship paint would have the wrong hue in the Upgrade Menu and Ship Menus
Shrine Corruptions
- Fixed an issue where Shrine Corruption Bosses would no longer drop ankhs on its corpse for players who were currently dead at the time of the Bosses’ death
Lockpicking
- A player’s Lockpick and Trap Tool resource type selection type in the Lockpicking Menu (such as Gold, Valorite, etc) should now be stored and not reset on server reboots or when players login
Harvesting
- Whenever a player Recalls, Travels via Moongate, or Hikes, they will have a 60 second delay before they can attempt to Harvest again
Runebooks and Rune Tomes
- Fixed an issue where players using Recall / Gate Charges off a runebook or runetome would potentially ignore Heat of Battle and other movement restrictions in some circumstances
Explosion Potions
- If a player uses Telekinesis to make an Explosion Potion stick to a creature, if that creature dies before the potion explodes, the potion will now fizzle and not explode (to prevent players from attacking nearby players/creatures and flagging themselves unintentionally)
Mount Breeding
- Fixed an issue where mounts retrieved from the Mount Breeding Trough menu would no longer go abandoned, even if spending 24 hours away from their controller
Spells
- Arch Cure and Arch Protection should now work on a player’s hidden tamed creatures nearby when cast (similar to casting Greater Heal/Cure on stealthed tamer pets)
Test Center
- We have added a new Player Testing statue (Purple) to the Test Center (note: not the live server) for players to use
- Players can create any type of Tamed creature and have it immediately tamed and under their control (and set to Level 10 Experience automatically)
- Players can click the Delete Creature button to delete a nearby creature they control or that has been released
- Players can click the Create Item button to generate an assortment of normally not craftable/purchasible items such as specific Carpet Tiles (we will be expanding the list of items available as we go)
- Player scan click the Set Item Hue to change the hue of any item in their backpack to match any of our server-unique colors, even for items that normally wouldn’t be dyeable (such as armor)
Prevalia Market Merchant
Limited Edition: Clothing
- Added Shorts and Summer Apron as limited edition Prevalia Market items
Limited Edition: Shimmer Moonlight
- Added Shimmer Moonlight (Hue 2284) items as limited time Prevalia Market items
Add-Ons
- Added Church Benches as new item in the Add-Ons category
Landscaping
- Created a new Landscaping category with a large number of Water Feature items
- Most of the Water Feature items can be flipped or rotated (via Interior Decorator tool) to have a variety of visual styles
Furniture
- Added a large number of new items to the Furniture category
Special Dyes
- Created 9 new categories of dyed items that match our always available market cloth hues
Map Updates
Bludchok Orc Fort
Haven Valley Lodge
- Haven Valley Lodge has been erected, as well various fortifications surrounding the valley
- An Atlas location entry and Hiking locations have been added for Haven Valley Lodge under the Points of Interest category
Riverrun Lodge
- Riverrun Lodge has been built, including a regional overhaul (snow has been removed in exchange for a new, unique grass texture and new trees)
- An Atlas location entry and Hiking locations have been added for Riverrun Run Lodge Lodge under the Points of Interest category
Lair of Eternal Darkness
- The Lair of Eternal Darkness has been unearthed, located in the passage between Outpost and Riverrun
- The region is Mountless and Recall/Gate/Hiking prevented
- An Atlas location entry and Hiking locations (outside of the entrance) have been added for the Lair of Eternal Darkness under the Points of Interest category
Shipbreaker Bay
- Area will become home to a Ship-based PvP event in the near future
