Cupid Bow
- The Cupid Bow is an item that can only be purchased with gold (250,000) from the Prevalia Market during our Valentines Day Event
- The Cupid Bow is not considered to be a weapon, but can be equipped, and is Blessed
- Cupid Bows begin with 10 charges and each usage consumes one charge
- While wearing a Cupid’s Bow, players may double-click it and target another player OR shift-click another player and select the “Shoot With Cupids Bow” context menu entry to play a special Cupid Effect on that player
- There is a 60 second cooldown between player uses of a Cupid Bow
- If a player attempts to double-click and attack another player while wielding a Cupid Bow, the attack will be canceled and they will receive a system message informing them of such
- During our Valentines Day event, players will encounter Cupid Arrow Bundles as a loot item on the corpses of creatures
- Players can double-click these Arrow Bundles and target a Cupid Bow to consume the bundle and add 5 Charges to the bow (with no max limit of charges)
Event Crafting
- While the Valentine’s Day Event is underway, players will be able to use the Cooking Skill to craft Two-Tiered Cake under the “Event” Category
Tattoos
- The “Heart” Body Tattoo has now been added as a permanent addition to the Prevalian Stylist for players to unlock
Hairstyles
- Nearly 100 new Hairstyles have now been added as permanent additions to the Prevalian Stylist for players to unlock
- Players can now click the Small Orb button for Hairstyle to launch a Preview Menu that players can use to navigate available options
- Clicking a selection in the Hairstyle Preview menu will update the primary “Change Appearance” menu with that Hairstyle selection
Factions
Securing Flags
- We have removed the capping mechanic where the Potential Faction Score players could earn from Securing a Flag was being capped by their Potential Faction Score earned from them Stealing that flag earlier on
Faction Player Kills
- Fixed an issue that was preventing Player Kills occuring in Faction Dungeons from being worth Faction Score
- If a valid Player Kill worth Faction Score occurs, the Faction Score earned will now be divided amongst all damaging players based on their Damage Dealt % to the victim (i.e. a player who does 33% of the damage will get 33% of the Faction Score possible)
- Player Kills will now be worth 20 Faction Score
Upgraded Kills
Faction Kills will be Upgraded to be worth 50 Faction Score if they occur in any of the following conditions:
- Within 50 tiles of a Waypost
- Within 50 tiles of a Faction Flag
- Inside of a Faction Castle
- Inside of a Faction Town (entire region)
- Inside of a Faction Dungeon
Killing a Flag Carrier
- Killing a Flag Carrier is worth an additional 50 Faction Score (the player must still have “Kills to Give”, and not recently ressed, to be worth points)
Faction Castle Doors
- Faction Castle Doors will not reset if any opposing Faction has any players currently inside of that Faction Castle
Teleport / Rope
- Players should now be able to cast Teleport or use Adventurer’s Rope into or out of Waypost Regions or Castle Regions (Gate/Recall/Hiking into Castles is still restricted to only that Castle’s faction)
TEST SHARD
- Players on the TEST SHARD can now use the GOLD Player Editor statue to add Faction Silver to their account
- Players will also receive an Aspect Triumph in their backpack when adding Faction Silver to their account
Housing
- Fixed an issue that was causing the House post-Demolition non-friendly 30 minute placement window to not always work as intended
