EVENT: The Winterlands – Build Your Own Train Set! Available December 20 to January 5th

The Winterlands event will be live for two weeks, beginning Friday, Dec. 20th and ending on Sunday, Jan. 5th!

 

 

This holiday season, board the Arctic Express and journey to the Winterlands to battle festive foes in a time-challenged event to recover, collect, and build your very own Train Set! Collect all 6 Trains Cars, which have a chance of being painted many different hues! Design your own track and watch your train chug along in this completely custom Outlandish winter holiday experience!

 

How Do I Participate?

  • Find Winterlands Tickets as loot on monsters during the Winterlands event
    • All monsters except from the New Player Dungeon and Shelter Island
  • Visit the Prevalia or Corpse Creek Banks and speak with the Train Conductor

The Workshop Elf:

  • Can be found at the Prevalia or Corpse Creek banks and in the Winterlands
  • Players can purchase all Train Set pieces for Gold or Prevalia Coins
    • These pieces only come *unhued*

The Winterlands Event Area:

  • Players will have 15 minutes in the Winterlands and then be ejected to town
  • Players cannot perform harmful acts to other players in the region
  • All items on a player while inside the Winterlands are considered Blessed
  • Winterlands Tickets have no expiration but can only be used while the event is active

Special Winterlands Event Loot Drops:
These items are only available during the Winterlands event so many sure to get them while you can!

  • Train Cars and Train Tracks have a chance of dropping as loot on creatures in the Winterlands
  • Train Cars also have a chance of being painted Limited Edition, Dungeon, Aspect and Ultra Rare (Powder) Hues

  • Train Coal is used to power Train Engines
  • Each piece of Train Coal adds 30 minutes of runtime to a Train Engine

  • Snowballs can be thrown at players, pets and NPCs!

[Eventscore Prizes:
The eventscore is based on Damage Dealt to monsters within the Winterlands Region.

  • The Top Player will receive 2 Train Tunnels + a Monster Shuffle Credit Deed worth 250 free Monster Shuffle Rolls
  • The Top 10 players will receive a Train Tunnel and a Monster Shuffle Credit Deed worth 100 free Monster Shuffle Rolls
  • Players can use the Monster Shuffle deeds for a chance to win miniature deco to build their train sets with!
