PATCH: April 11 – Performance Enhancements, Darkmire Expansion, Trophies and more!

Performance Updates

  • We have implemented a very large number of performance fixes designed towards reducing lag (and potential freezes) we’re experiencing on Outlands due to the sheer number of players, items, and stored data on the server
  • Part of this initiative includes restructuring how data is stored for a multitude of player-based systems, such as “Codexes, Account Profiles, Achievements/Societies, Mastery Chains, Aspects, Titles, Customizations, Books of Grudges” and so on

Achievement and Society Rankings

  • We have recoded how the Rankings for Achievement Categories and Societies are calculated for player accounts
  • Multiple accounts with the same number of lifetime Achievement Points or Society Points earned can now share the same Rank position
