Boss Scaling
The threshold for Boss Scaling increase is now 1000 Damage per player (previously was 2500)
Achievements
Mount Breeding Achievements are now viewable in the Achievements system
The Fisherman Achievements have been “Discontinuned” and can no longer be progressed (this is due to our earlier change that now allows AFK harvesting of “normal” fish)
Omni Gates
Fixed an issue that was causing Public Omni Realm Events to not show up in the Omni Gate menu’s list of destinations
Shield and Quiver Dyes
Shield Dyes have now been converted into Shield and Quiver Dyes, allowing players to dye their Quivers to match that color
Clothing Unbless Deeds
Clothing Unbless Deeds now notify the player (both when used and in the Prevalia Market description) that they will not return a Bless deed when used
Rename Deeds
Fixed an issue preventing usage of Player Rename Deeds and Guild Rename Deeds correctly
Storage Shelves
Storage Shelves should now correctly consider Arrows/Bolts in a player’s equipped Quiver to determine how many Arrows/Bolts are needed when resupplying
Dishonored Players
Players will no longer be able to loot another player’s Treasure Map Chest while Dishonored
Catch of the Week
Fixed an issue causing Cardinal Fish and Juvenile Octopus from being unable to be turned in for Catch of the Week contributions
Mastery Chains
Players can now single-click their Mastery Chains to see how long until their bonuses will activate after they switch their current Mastery Chain
Disarming
Players can no longer Disarm other players who flag as innocent (Blue) to them while in Town
Stealing
Players can no longer Steal from other players if they are participating in a Town Struggle and are currently within the Town Struggle region (since these events are intended to be “Consume Free” events)
Players can no longer steal an item if one of the item’s parent nested containers currently has Magic Trap active (i.e. a player cannot snoop a container, see an item, and then attempt to steal that item later via Last Target or Scripting if the the victim retraps any of the parent container(s) holding the item)
Creature Abilities
Fixed an issue that was causing certain tameable creature types to apply Hamstring to players even when not currently tamed (Hamstring should only occur from Tamed Creatures towads players)
Weapon and Shield Codex
Updated a number of Weapon / Shield Codex descriptions for Stances/Ammunition/Finishers to the proper descriptions
Player Resurrection
Players who resurrect in Shelter Island or the New Player Dungeon will now resurrect with 100% Hit Points
Harpoons
Harpoons that have a Slayer type will now automatically be switched to Ocean Slayer type
Ocean Region
“Ocean” and “Wilderness” are now two seperate regions that can randomly occur for Server Weekly Region Bonuses as well as Guild Favors
The base Gold Amounts found in NPC Ship Holds and in Salvage Crates (from MIBs / SOSes) have been reduced somewhat
Loot amounts for Gold, Special Items, and Rare Items for NPC Ship Holds can now be increased by Mastery Chains, Fortune Aspect, and Guild Favors, but will only be increased by a player who is the Captain of a player ship attacking the NPC ship (multiple player ship captains can increase loot similarly to how multiple players can increase Creature Loot)
Loot amounts for Gold, Special Items, and Rare Items for Salvage Crates can now be increased by Mastery Chains, Fortune Aspect, and Guild Favors, but will only be affected by the player who fished up the creature that generated the Salvage Crate
